TSS is located on a modern campus with two (2) 14,000 square foot climate controlled industrial buildings at 720 North Drive, Melbourne, Florida, USA.

The facility has been specifically organized and equipped to provide a full range of technical support services to the communications industry including the ability to fully construct and test systems in our high bay shelter integration area.

The facilities consist of offices, training classrooms, self-contained laboratory, rack integration area, depot level maintenance area, warehouse, Technical Response Center (TRC), Network Operations Center (NOC), Headend Lab, climate-controlled high bay area, and a satellite antenna teleport area. The facilities power is backed by redundant emergency natural gas-powered generators that are capable of carrying 100% of the buildings loads to be prepared for foreseen and unforeseen power outages.
