TSS formed its organization based on service because experience showed us that design and engineering goes hand in hand with providing top-notch implementation and management. TSS had built its reputation as a successful Satellite Communications Systems Company that provided engineering, hardware and services. As the market matured and became more competitive in the systems and hardware arena, TSS saw a unique opportunity to concentrate on technical services by providing sophisticated, knowledgeable expertise to larger systems providers. Because these providers typically carry large overhead costs, they increasingly sought outside expertise and support from qualified vendors to remain competitive and to provide first-rate service. More and more often, TSS became the vendor of choice and today larger systems providers remain the core part of our business specialty.
